Complete this form obtained either from the
Inland Revenue or direct from Nova and send it to our payroll
department NOW if you have not already sent your P45.
You need to complete the P46
form so that your tax can be calculated accurately.
The P46 form can be downloaded
from the Inland Revenue website by clicking here
(PDF download).
You may NOT be paid the full
amount due to you if this form is not completed and returned
to us.
Tick one or more of the three
boxes under Statements A, B and C in the top left hand corner
of the form - sign and date, where indicated, and complete
your name, address, and National Insurance number. Then return
the form directly to our payroll department at:
