If you decide to change agency for any reason, or work for an additional agency, you must firstly confirm with them if they are willing to pay you through your umbrella company.

We will contact your new agency direct to supply them with the relevant documentation to enable us to make arrangements for your income to be paid to you, via NOVA. This will be processed within 48 working hours, but can take at least a week for agencies or branches that have not used Nova’s services before.
